Elizabeth M. Lacombe is a litigator who represents financial institutions and multinational corporations in commercial litigation. She practices in the areas of complex commercial and residential transactions, financial services, real estate, employment litigationand personal injury defense.

Ms. Lacombe handles a wide variety of banking-related matters, including lender liability, bankruptcy and adversary proceedings, class actions, asset recovery, loan defaults, foreclosures, real estate / bank branches, the Americans with Disabilities Act, andthe Uniform Commercial Code.
