You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date of the event. After receiving your refund request, we will check your eligibility and will update you on the status of the approval. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit back within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We will offer a credit to your account if your cancellation is under 72 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future DMi training.”
