On the 50^th anniversary of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the U.S. Department of Education released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) making significant changes to Title IX implementing regulations. The changes will have a material impact on educational institutions receiving federal funding and require close attention by Title IX Coordinators and others with responsibility for overseeing Title IX compliance. Edward Cramp and Jessica High have expertly navigated the changing Title IX landscape taking into account the unique needs of our sector’s students and institutions.
