Illinois has more than 10 different types of leave available to employees under state laws alone.  With the new paid leave for any reason mandates in 2024, Illinois employers have additional paid leave obligations that extend to all employees as well. Learn how all of the leave obligations overlap and how to manage your employee time off requests effectively and in compliance with all the federal, state and local laws and regulations that govern them.  In addition to the pay equity reporting obligations from the past few years, Illinois also has new pay transparency requirements for your recruitment processes which take effect in 2025. Get ready to provide compensation and benefits information to employees and applicants as required under the new law.
