Course Description

Complimentary DMi Webinar

Antisemitism is rising at an alarming rate. The hostility seen on the streets and online does not remain outside the workplace: Jewish applicants and employees may also encounter discrimination, harassment and exclusion at work.

This program will examine three common forms of antisemitism: hostility toward Judaism; stereotypes about Jewish people; and Israel-related hostility that targets Jewish individuals because of their actual or perceived identity, beliefs, or views.

This program is a facilitated discussion that will address the rights of Jewish applicants and employees, including protections against religious and national-origin discrimination. It will discuss specific examples antisemitic discrimination and harassment as well as the responsibilities of employers and unions to prevent such conduct and to address it when it occurs.
