Course Description

Complimentary DMi Webinar

As the workplace continues to evolve, many organizations are returning to in-person operations or adopting hybrid models. With this shift, there’s been a significant rise in accommodation requests—especially those involving remote work and flexible schedules. This course will explore the practical considerations of responding to these requests under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Participants will learn how to evaluate whether an employee has a qualifying disability, determine if the requested accommodation is reasonable, and engage in an effective interactive process. Special attention will be given to requests related to mental and emotional disabilities, as well as how employers can thoughtfully assess remote work as a potential accommodation in today’s climate.
