Alice Head advises clients on the broad range of employment law issues, including the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, consultancy agreements, policies and procedures. Ms. Head also advises her clients on disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management issues, employment terminations, redundancy and restructuring exercises and the enforceability of post-termination restrictive covenants and confidentiality obligations. Her practice also includes managing and providing advice on global employee projects and she has experience in defending employment litigation in the Employment Tribunals and High Court.

Ms. Head also counsels clients on the implementation of GDPR-compliant policies, responding to data subject access requests and other litigious employee data protection compliance issues and provides customized training to clients on various employment law topics.
