Course Description:
On October 4, 2017, the allegations of serious sexual misconduct on the part of Harvey Weinstein broke. As we all know, it was far from an isolated event, as very serious allegations continue to be brought against many high-profile men who have engaged in a continuum of very bad behaviors. But no industry is free from harassment; it is a pervasive and persistent scourge, and we have seen a material increase in internal and external sexual harassment/#MeToo claims in virtually every industry.

In late 2017 and into 2018, employers began to do even more to prevent and respond to harassment. While the intent has been laudable, some employers in their holistic assault on this scourge have made legal, cultural and other missteps.

This webinar will address 20 lessons learned since the start of the #MeToo movement and will focus on common mistakes to avoid when dealing with sexual harassment/#MeToo policies, procedures and trainings.
