Christina Joy F. Grese practices in the area of employment law. Ms. Grese represents employers in collective and class action employment litigation in state and federal courts. She also counsels employers of all sizes, including Fortune 500 securities firms, insurance companies, and other financial services companies, pharmaceutical services companies, consumer products companies, and retailers with respect to whistleblowers, military leaves, accommodation of disabilities and medical leaves, employee discipline, recruitment and hiring, termination decisions, reductions-in-force, restrictive covenants, policies and handbooks, and separation agreements. She also has advised nonprofit organizations, including global NGO and regional food bank, on variety of employment matters.
Ms. Grese is a 2005 graduate of Columbia University School of law, where she was managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
